Peter Dixon has been a party member for 73 years and is a regular volunteer down at the office.
He became a member of the young conservatives at 17 and was responsible for activities that brought Harold McMillian to become Conservative MP in 1957. He helped to raise money for the party by putting on entertainment at various locations such as St Georges Hill Tennis Club. Peter and his sister Clare would sing at these events, and Peter has carried on his singing to this day with the Eversley Choir.
He is from a primarily conservative family and has always felt that the party has kept the countries monetary requirements correct.
Peter has spent a lot of his working life overseas but has however always kept on top of local politics and voted in every election.
